"I HAVE to tell you this! Last night as I was reading the Chapter on "Depression" in your book, I was sipping my bottled water, along with Scooter (the dog) by my side happily snoring away. WELL!................when you wrote the part about staring in the mirror sticking your stomach out, and not brushing your teeth, your hair etc., and looking in the mirror saying "YOU'RE PATHETIC!" the bottled water came snorting right out of my nose! The dog went flying off the bed as I was choking! OH MY DEAR DID THAT BRING BACK MEMORIES OF THAT SCENE! So far I have got to say I feel like I'm reliving it all. Very good Rose. You're a genius.
